Demi is the Operations and Business Development Director at ACS Courier and Postal Services S.M.S.A. She holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Athens and an MSc in International Business & Finance from Reading University (UK).

She has multi-annual experience in the manufacturing industry prior to joining ACS, a Quest Group company. During the last 10 years, Demi with her team completed business and operations developments based on digitization and innovation, targeting the transformation of courier and postal service offerings of the company. Having as a constant target operations efficiency, in a demanding and rapidly changing business environment, Demi has successfully increased operations capacity through the deployment of new sorting systems and the implementation of automated collaboration processes for large scale network activities.
