Jennifer Clark has over 20 years in Product Marketing and Customer Experience excellence. She currently leads product marketing for IBM supporting industry-leading order management and fulfillment solutions. In her role, she works with the world’s largest companies to understand their customer experience pain points and define ways they solve them.
Prior to IBM, Jennifer worked for a $1.4 Billion Fin-tech company that specialized in proprietary account receivables’ management solutions. At that company, Jennifer was fortunate enough to spend time with one of their largest clients, a large North American office supply company, where gained tremendous insights into how supply chain impacts the customer experience.
