Stefania Dorati is Vice President Sales Southern Europe.

In this role she is responsible for the Sales team and the commercial strategy for Italy, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Portugal, Malta, Gibraltar and for 17 partner countries in South Eastern Europe.

Stefania heads a team of 400 resources.

Her collaboration with FedEx began in 1986 in its foundation year, with subsequent roles of increasing seniority.

The many years’ experience in sales leadership positions led to the current role which consolidates the achievements reached over time and demonstrates the constant commitment to driving the Company’s strategy, always prioritizing Customer needs and developing new market opportunities in e-Commerce and digital innovation.
